How do I get the car manufacturer logos on the main screen of my DS708?

I would like to update or download all the car logos on the main display of my MaxiDAS DS708. Does anyone have any idea how to do this? I deleted some of the software for some of the manufacturers and re-loaded them and I now have some of them showing the car logo instead of just the letters.
